When are the fertile days?
About five days before ovulation until one day after. Ovulation usually happens 12 to 16 days before the next period, not in the middle of the cycle.
How do you take basal temperature correctly?
In the morning before getting up, always at the same time, always with the same thermometer. After ovulation the temperature rises by about 0.2 to 0.5 degrees and stays up.
Can a cycle app be used for contraception?
No. The predictions are estimates from your own entries. If you want to prevent pregnancy, talk to a doctor. Lunabia says so in its terms of use too.
